At the moment our parking is somewhat limited Monday-Wednesday, on Thursday and Friday a larger number of our employees telework. Depending on the size of your group, the latter part of the week might work best for reserving the meeting space.
The Grand
The Grand at Michigan Virtual is a spacious and versatile conference room designed for productivity, collaboration, and comfort. Ideal for workshops, professional learning sessions, or large meetings, it accommodates up to 80 participants in a classroom-style setup and can easily be divided into two separate rooms with a movable partition—perfect for hosting simultaneous sessions of 32 and 48 participants. The Grand is equipped with a projector at the front and a TV at the back for seamless presentations and visibility from any seat. Ample counter space in the back supports catering or materials setup, ensuring a smooth meeting experience. Best of all, the space is free to use for Michigan Virtual’s partner organizations, making it a convenient and cost-effective choice for impactful gatherings.

Innovation Design Studio
The Innovation Design Studio at Michigan Virtual is a cutting-edge meeting and learning space designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and innovation in education. Featuring flexible furnishings, advanced technologies, and modern instructional design, the Studio serves as a statewide laboratory for exploring future-ready learning environments. In partnership with Michigan’s top designers, architects, and education innovators, it offers hands-on experiences, design thinking sessions, and exhibitions on emerging topics like virtual reality, e-sports, and AI. By modeling next-generation classroom and professional learning spaces, the Studio empowers educators and leaders to reimagine teaching, enhance student learning, and drive innovation across Michigan’s schools—all within a collaborative, technology-rich environment. The Studio is comprised of three rooms which can accommodate up to 45 participants total; 24 in the largest room and 10 in the smallest room.
