About This Course
In this course, you will:
- Demonstrate the critical components of school improvement through an authentic improvement process,
- Create understanding of how horizontal and vertical sequencing alignment can increase instructional practices and student achievement,
- Develop interdependent skills and capabilities in an effort to lead and sustain a vision for improvement and alignment, and
- Write and foster a plan of action for aligning practices within a building and district regardless of grade level or content.
