In this course, you will:

• Explain the purpose and impact of a Code of Collaboration in fostering trust, belonging, and effective teamwork.
• Identify essential components of a Code of Collaboration and their role in shaping culture and group dynamics.
• Apply strategies to co-create a Code of Collaboration with students, colleagues, or stakeholders.
• Use a Code of Collaboration as a tool to strengthen communication and inspire collective responsibility.
• Gain practical tools to support collaboration across diverse educational contexts.
