This webinar series includes how Asian Americans have been excluded from U.S. immigration and citizenship, how they have fought for inclusion, and explores laws and court cases connected to Asian Americans. This series explores how Asian Americans exercised their rights and responsibilities within civic society to secure a place in the United States, and will address the Model Minority Myth, which continues to shape perceptions and experiences of Asian Americans. Finally, the series shares how Asian Americans have responded to anti-Asian exclusion, racism, and xenophobia in the United States.
