On December 1, A Report to the Legislature was submitted to the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on State School Aid, the State Budget Director, the House and Senate Fiscal Agencies and the Department of Education that includes specific information related to the Michigan Virtual for Students for the preceding fiscal year.
The information provided in this report addresses the requirements that are listed in Section 98 (6) of P.A. 249 of 2016. These items include, for the period October 1, 2015 - September 30, 2016, a list of districts served by Michigan Virtual, a list of online course titles available to districts, course enrollment and completion rate information by course, and the overall completion rate.
